Your week includes a fully structured daily training program with 3 pre-selected crew sessions each day, plus unlimited access to 18+ additional classes across strength, conditioning, cardio, HYROX, MMA, yoga, mobility and more.
This week, we’ll train across 4 different facilities — giving you a taste of some of the best training environments in the world.
You’ll also receive 2 private 1-on-1 Muay Thai PT sessions with experienced Thai trainers, full membership access to a premium weightlifting gym all week, sunrise beach workouts, the iconic Big Buddha Run, and coaching from elite international trainers throughout the experience.

Recovery is part of the program too.
Because training hard is only half the equation. Throughout the week you’ll have dedicated recovery sessions built into the schedule including ice baths, steam room sessions, mobility and reset time to keep your body feeling good and performing at its best.
Every guest will also receive a pre-booked massage during the week .
Songkran is Thai New Year aka the world’s biggest water fight!
Celebrated every April, the streets of Thailand turn into one giant party with water guns, buckets, music and absolute chaos. The water traditionally represents washing away the old year and welcoming a fresh start!
