If you can no longer make your tour you can do a Name Change for that tour.

The new traveller will take over your payment plan. They must set up their payment account within 48 hours and continue the scheduled payments, if they do not the responsibility is handed back to the original booking contact.

Once the Name Change has been confirmed and the new payment plan set up – any transfer of funds between the original and new traveller is a private arrangement between those parties.
