Being an AWAKE Tours Host is one of the best jobs in the world, but it’s not just all fun and games. Our hosts are the backbone of our company, responsible for ensuring every tour runs smoothly while delivering an unforgettable experience.

This role is a performance. You’re not just there to party—you’re there to lead, control, and entertain. You’ll be managing groups of up to 70 people, handling logistics, resolving unexpected situations, and making sure everyone is safe while still having the time of their lives.

You should be able to be:

✅ A Party Starter – Party hard, but stay in control

✅ A natural entertainer – You bring the hype and keep the energy high.

✅ A strong leader – When things go wrong, you stay cool and take control.  Handle high-pressure situations & think fast.

✅ A Great Public Speaker – Be able to speak infront of crowds of up to 120 people with confidence & control.

✅ Set boundaries & manage difficult guests when needed – whilst ensuring they still feel heard & seen & without making them feel left out.

✅ Make people feel safe & included – while maintaining a positive & fun atmosphere for all members from all walks of life.

✅ A social genius – You read the crowd and adapt to keep the good vibes flowing.

✅ A game master – You don’t just wait for fun to happen—you create it.

✅ An Organised host – Stay on top of everything needed for that day & the next, always foreard planning for what’s to come!
